My dog Cody was a rescue dog with a lot of anxiety and fears... and he didn't play well with others. |  | Catherine (the trainer) really cares about our Dawsey and makes herself available, even outside of class, to be a resource to us. When we first adopted Dawsey, we were disheartened and frustrated with some of her behaviors– by working with her in and out of class and talking with Catherine, it’s like we have a new doggie! The best part of class was the atmosphere. With your positive attitude and positive training methods you made what could have been very stressful for owner and pet very enjoyable. It has been a very positive experience, it has shown me the capabilities that Mackenzie possesses that I did not know existed. As you may know, our first dog that we trained with you began his training at (a pet super mart). Although we thought the training was pretty good, we did not have the well trained dog we had hoped for. On two separate occasions we were referred to you. Your training was very helpful and we learned a lot more. However, with our new dog, Barney we used you from the beginning. What a difference that has made! We did not have to work through any bad training advice or have to retrain Barney. We have been able to get it right the first time. The difference is defiantly measurable. We were fortunate to find a trainer like you to work with and look forward to referring others to you.
